just been reading up about this conversion looks very good how well does the mini handle when converted to rear wheel drive alos will it be any good on track what sort of cars will it be cabable of keeping up with if the drivers have similar skills thanks ross

Get a westfield or something. For the sort of money you are looking at, you could get a Fisher Fury fireblade or something with a stiff chassis, sensible wind resistance, etc.

A mini is a mini and I reckon once you start going over 140hp, it's time to have a word with yourself about money you are throwing at it.

I've heard that they aren't that great on the twisties. Go and test one.

A friend is just trying to engineer the bump steer out of his z-cars kit (as supplied).

It is very quick tho'. He has a Stack Logger fitted and is seeing sub 5secs to 62kph. Thing isn't quite set up yet 100% either. Can't launch it properly becuase of fuelling causing a big hole in the power delivery biglaugh

I agree with LM comment about having a word with yourself for doing it to Min in the first place hehe

I wasnt seriously thinking about doing it i just wanted to know what they were like and how well they worked on track thanks for the information ross
