Here we go - a couple of pics of the pre-fit gauges. Excuse the mess the cleaner hasnt been in for a couple of days

I also have a screen for the rear facing camera to put in but i'm undecided as to position either to the left of the gauges or try to mount in the centre of the roll bar above my head (a la traditional mirror type position). Thoughts?

Dave

They will open for you but MSN is asking me for a login. It may be that you have to tell MSN to share them.

I can see them Dave. Nice job.
With regards to the screen location, I too was thinking of fitting it in the 'roof pod' as it is now known but elected to go for centre of dash so as not to be looking from dash up to mirror and thus taking my eyes off of the road for a split second longer than necessary but now that I have covered some miles in the car, I think that putting it in the roof may have also been a little uncomfortable because the cockpit is so compact that you may have to move your head back a little to focus (or at least feel that you may like ducking beneath a low door frame when you don't really need to but because it is lower than standard, you feel that you may hit your head.)
Incidentally, we elected to site buttons and switches that were not usually found in a race car up into the roof pod and I feel this really helps make the car feel more race orientated, not everyone's taste I know and looking at your work so far it looks like most others, you have gone for a more polished production type look and feel.
