Bulk mail software recommendations?

Hello!

Does anyone here use any bulk mail software?

I am looking at alternatives at work. We are currently using GroupMail but have been having some problems with it, and moreso their support!

From what I have seen on the internet, this software seems to be regarded quite highly - perhaps I should give it another chance...

I use phpList. It's installed on your Web server, so might not suit your requirements, but it does everything I've needed it to do and it FREE!

I have used Gamadyne mailer in the past http://gammadyne.com/ I have been very impressed with its capabilities.

I'd start running away now. Nobody here will believe you.

We use an in house written app for sending mailshots, not entirely sure how it's written but i suspect PHP. Will do some digging.
