Wanting to buy an S

Relative of mine has cash waiting to purchase a late S2 or early S3 but has no technical knowledge of them or contacts,he lives in the Essex area.
Have I got the name Rob Ingram for searching out TVR's correct as Iv'e searched and can't find any threads with this name.
Help please.
