Will 45K be enough for a well sorted second hand C4S.

And is there any concensus upon buying private v. through an (non?)official dealership? Or are there any independant "consultants" out there that could help me source a good deal for a small fee?

For £45k you will be able to buy the best 993 C4S you will find,low mileage,full service history the works.
You can get an average mileage Ok 993 C4S for a little above £35K.

If you are thinking of a 996 C4S no chance they have been out about 15 months,if you ordered one 15 months ago then you may just be getting delivery now! Most of these cars with a little extra kit come out to just about £70k....The cheapest secondhand one I have seen was £61K.

All the above prices are for RHD cars,Lhd cars will be up to £10k cheaper depending on model.
