Evo 8 260

Hi all. I just test-drove an evo 8 260, I think I will have it if I can get insurance.
Just wondered if any one else has tried them, as the clutch pedal seemed to be quick heavy. Is this normal?? The car drove perfect otherwise

It may be a worn clutch, I suggest finding another to test drive to see if there is any difference.

Echo the thoughts on driving a few examples - make this a must with any purchase.

I recently bought an impreza, looked at many and drove 3 before settling on one. They were all different and when I drove the one I bought, knew it felt much better than the others.

Depends what you're used to. The clutches are heavier than a feather light modern euro box and you do feel like you've had a one-leg workout after sitting in a traffic jam but they're not excessively heavy.

As said, drive another to check.
