Hi Chaps,

I have just ordered one of these for my build...

http://www.raintracker.com/buy_raintracker.htm

Looks like a nice compact design. Do you think it will be OK for SVA? I am using a Mk3 Ford Escort stalk, so I am planning to switch it using the rear wiper control (push forward)... Will Mr SVA pass it do you think, or fit later?

Cheers,

Mart

The SVA is only looking for the wipers to function in the normal fashion so provided you retain the normal manual switching he doesn't even need to know this system is installed.

Curious about this, Mart. Have considered this very system. Please let us know how you like it after installation.

Wouldn't bother as most of the time you don't want them on, RAINEX.... is better than wipers most of the time....

I know, but I just can't help myself!! :-)
Doing the wiring at the moment, so I though I may as well add a couple of extra whist I was at it... What with the Car PC, Touchscreen display, MOTEC ECU, Alarm, Central Locking, Satnav and Amplifier, the car will be at least 100kg heavier anyway!!!

Good job it's got a girt big engine... :-)

How's life in Canada? Is it cold yet?
