Swap M3 Convertible for an S4 Or S line ??????

OK I recently bought an Immaculate 2002 (December) M3 convertible. When I bought it I was looking at the Audi and the BMW Anyway the BM is just to hardcore for Me so Im looking to swap it for a realy nice S4 convertible or a salloon. or maybe a 3.0 or 3,2 convertible Cash either way BUT The car must be as mint as mine !!!

Was talking to a chap on Friday (Iver) who had recently bought a very nice M3 cab but hankering after an S4, whose previous cars also included a Boxster.
