Ok i had a slight miss hap at snetterton the other week ............ Oil surge in a V8 bgt round Coram frown
This happened on a Thursday afternoon and caused abit of a problem.....
1) i had drove to the track
2) i had a two day track event booked for the Nurburgring the following Thursday and Friday ( last Week )

i was a little woried about not geting there or home for that matter

But to my shock the RAC chap turned up took my car from the track for me, and droped me of at home in Cambrige on his way
to drop my car of in Daventry at Guglielmi Motorsport .
So part one was done Car on its way and me back home and the wife only thought it had a oil leek, and that i had sent it off to be fixed
i told her it would be £20 or £30 rolleyes

So it is now Thursay evening and the car gets to Davenrty ready for Steve Guglielmi to have a look at it on Friday morning ....... at his point i was a weeee bit worried
as i had a ferry booked to go to Germany on Wednesay Morning ( 3 working days ) away .

Well i got the inevatable call on Friday afternoon which confirmed my worry Oil Surge had caused the engine to almost sieze up and this was also not helped
by the engine being on its last legs anyway but thats life.

I was asked when i had to have the car back by and i said mid-day wednesday so i could make the 16.oo hrs ferry a long pause on the phone from steve
then a reply ok leave it with me we will have you on your way eek

So Tuesday evening comes and he tells me all is ok and ready to collect Joy clap i get there and it is a Jem of a engine
a 3.9 V8 out of a Marcos with Race cams pollished and ported heads etc,i drove the car two miles what a dreem then it went on my trailor
and next time i drove it was at " the Ring " in the rain which was not good grumpy however the engine was great a true beauty. so just a big thanks to Steve
