There is cable which goes to the handbrake switch from the TV.When the handbrake is released the TV goes off.If you can trace it and bypass the handbrake switch you might get TV on the move.It's a very risky thing you want to do though.Don't come running to me if your EastEnders was interrupted by a large tree on your lap.

along the same lines can you plug a usb tv tuner stick in the usb connector and get it to work on the pro sat screen or is the tv an entirely different/separate bit of kit?
