There are so many variations of this stuff I'm confused... I'm after some good wax and some extra cleaning products.

Anyone used it before on a black noble?

I think this seems like a good place to start:

Think you'll find all you need to know here

http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/

By registering on the site you also get access to products you can normally only get through the trade.

Like Lakelord says check the detailingworld forum but also check the one here on PH.

You can choose the appropriate wax for your car in the starter kit so make sure you go for the one for dark cars.

Zymol is good, but many reckon their HD cleanse is the business and use other waxes in preference to Xymol (which saves money).

For the normal car i use HD cleanse and then meguiars wax, but for the Noble it gets exclusively Zymol, although the last detailer used Collinite Ultrasealer as it lasts well.

Just started using the entire Z range on my italian.

First time through, get it detailed to remote swirl marks etc. This will involve a minimum of a wash, dry, correction, HD-Cleanse and Wax. In future you can simply wash and wax. I use Zymol Titanium on mine and I've now got circa 6-7 coats on this summer. The finish is exceptional and makes the car look like is permenantly "wet look".

For quick applications in the future and if in a rush you can use Zymol field glaze after the wash -- takes 15 mins to glaze the car once dried and is entirely compatible with HD-Cleanse and Zymol waxes. You need to select your "wash" carefully too else theres a danger than too harsh a detergent will strip the waxes and destroy your hardwork :-)

Heres mind post first wax a few months back.

Should add that I've been recommended Jetseal 109 for the wheels -- the finish is mega hard and all brake dust hoses off -- no elbox grease required at all !
