Source for Noble suspension bushings

Does anyone know where (ideally, from what car) the metalastik (commercial name, AFAIK) suspension bushing come for an M12 3R?
The good news is that all 4 bushings at each corner of the car appear to be the same size.

When my ones are worn out i would consider urathane bushes, but only if i cant source the Noble ones as any compliance in the car would disappear.

Does anyone on here know why you have to pre-load the wishbones/bushes when re assembling?

Delrin in the product of choice here in the U.S. for solid bushing replacements because of its hight strength and stability. But as my car sees mainly road service, I don't think solid bushings are really an option.
As for pre-loading the suspension prior to tightening the bushings--that is standard practice for these types of bushings because that step puts them at the nominal "center" of the suspension travel. Then in use on the road/track the rubber will be stressed less because it only shears +/- from the nominal loading point rather than ++ from the fully relaxed state.
