Ahh but this is the foam master II

Im wondering if its the best one, and if anyone would be interested in a group buy as the price comes down, check the purchase price.

If I am honest, the Gilmour or any hose driven foam gun I have seen/used is not a patch on a pressure washer driven foam gun.

I bought a Gilmour and traded it in for a pressure washer lance from Autobrite direct and the difference is tremendous.

The cleaning power I get from the pressure washer driven lance is far far better than the Gilmour.

The Gilmour produces foam which more resembles soapy water, but the pressure washer driven guns produce real thick foam with less product.

What do you guys recommend as the best foamer to go on the fitment for a Karcher pressure washer?

The standard mixer tank is ok, but doesn't get really stable long-lasting foam.

I was advised on another forum that I should get a pressure washer and get one of these

This is the one I have, not as well built as the Heavy duty lance, performs the same though, I'd get the heavy duty from Autobrite direct.

Ditto what Neil said - my Gilmour was sold months ago as it's nowehere near as effective as the AB H/D lance

So what size Karcher do you need to run one of these foam guns. I will probably only use it to clean the car.

I notice the smallest Karcher is about £44 in Argos. I could probably get it for half that if I use my Necter points.

Mines a 400 series and at about 420 lph it is ok. You need to splash out and get nearer 8 lph to do a better job.

Probably better to go the next one or two up, with the higher pressure - unless that one is 110/120 rather than 90.
