Get the BOSCH part number from the part itself and search on Google. It will bring up loads of suppliers and you will hav to wade through and find the cheapest. I would guess around 50 to 60 quid.
Thats what they cost for the M5 but it has two of them. Dont buy through BMW as they will be 3 times the price totally unnecessarily.

you may have to take the thing out and have a look.
Failing that get one from BMW, take it out the packet, get the number then take it back.
I have ordered lots of wrong parts and they have taken them back without question.

I think if you put your VIN number into this

http://www.realoem.com/bmw/

you will find your way to the part and the number will be there for all to see.

A bit of lateral thinking found this on google.

BOSCH No:0928400520

Try this for the proceedure.

Basically you only need a T20 Security torque and a flat blade screwdriver. Halfords etc wont sell individual torques, only in sets, and make sure it is the ''security'' one as it wont have a hole in the middle otherwise.
You can use a monkey wrench to gently undo the screws on the Maf housing but just be carful if you do...
