New driver at Insane Racing!

I was at Castle Combe yesterday and I saw Steve and Insane Racing testing a new driver in an all white Tuscan. The car was lapping on the pace and Steve looked very happy. I have been asked by No5 and Steve not reveal who the driver is; but he is very fast. At the moment the car is all white because there is no budget to race the car.
