Z4C Headlight Washers.
Discussion
About 2 weeks ago my Z4C decided to spit one of its headlight washers out of its socket, luckily I was stationary in a car park at the time and heard it come out so was able to retrieve it. A visit to my local BMW dealer ensued where it turns out it takes 4-5 weeks to get a new one, nevermind, I duly booked it in. This morning after driving to work, I noticed that the other one had worked its way out of the bumper by about 1/2 cm ! I've pushed it back in but I have a feeling that when I do use my washers its going to spit this one too!!!
Anyone else had this problem. I know it's only a small thing but it's really irritating because as the windscreen and headlight washers work in tandem (the headlights being cleaned approx once for every 4 squirts so to speak) it means that I darn't risk cleaning the windscreen incase the headlight washers end up in the outside lane of the motorway. The other option of course is to remove them until BMW have had a look at it, I take exception however to driving around for the next 4 weeks in my 33K Coupe with two bloody great holes in the bumper!
Arrrggggg!
