e36 wheel wobble

I have an e36 328 convertible lowered 40 mm with 19s on and I have an annoying steering wheel wobble between about 40 and 60 mph . Its had new lower ball joints, track rod ends, front wishbone bushes, 4 wheel alignment, and all wheels balanced . It does have a rear wheel bearing starting to go but the wobble is from the steering wheel so surely its to do with the front suspension ? The problem seems to go when going round bends .Feels like im banging my head against the wall with this . HELP !!!

Do the wheels have the correct hubcentric rings fitted?

They don't seem to need them they sit quite tight on the hub .
