It was only a matter of time after a GM worker in the US posted up the Pontiac GXP engine option of the LS3 in a GM order application screen shot.
Also HSV confirmation that the export model would have the LS3 in it.
Now comes the news that HSV is going to use the LS3 throughout the range.

Any ideas when we will see it here?

The latest issue of WHEELS (received it today), has announced that HSV has confirmed that they will be using the LS3 throughout the model range. This is because of FPV's supposed power hike in its V8s and of course the fact that the LS2 went out of production mid-last year and HSV was just using the rest of its stockpile.

Not sure what that article is telling me tbh (why the hell do Aussies use KW for power when the rest of the bloody world uses bhp or even ps - always sounds like they're running generators or something!)
