Dear Melvin,

To celebrate the birth of a legend, at Circuit Driver we are organising a very special 40th birthday 911 track day at Rockingham. Our aim is to get as many different and exotic 911 out in their element – on track.

The event is taking place on October 19th and is open to all 911 variants. It promises to be a memorable day, and will be written up in full in Circuit Driver magazine.

I have included all the details below, and if you could spread the word amongst the register members I’m sure a number of them would be interested in attending.

Venue: Rockingham

Date: 19/10

Format: Open pit lane

Noise limit: 103bda

Cost £199 to Circuit Driver subscribers, £239 to non-subscribers. Price includes a buffet lunch.

Places: Strictly limited to 60 cars

Notes: 911s only but all variants are welcome

Actually that is a Bookatrack day that Circuit Driver have block booked a load of places. There are some non 911's booked in including trackday specials like Radicals and Caterhams
