Some punctuation, spaces and capitals would be nice if you aren't actively trying to put people off helping you. I generally take the view if that it's too much trouble to type clearly then your problem can't be very important to you so why should it be to us?

Anyway it's probably the head gasket not sealing. Quite possibly because no one bothered to skim the head which would probably have warped when the engine first failed. Back to whoever built it and let them fix it under warranty. A complete engine would have been a better bet than letting someone incompetent put an old head back on a new block.

A cooling system pressure test will show if that's the problem.

Morning chap, i would say when the original engine failed water from the engine (coolant) has been sent down into the exhaust, i can imagine when you first start the car all is fine untill it warms up? This will be the case as the coolant sat at the bottom of the exhaust get's warmed up and turns into steam, this will be what you are seeing exiting the tail pipes, if the coolant level on the car cooling system has not dropped then its just a case of driving the car for a good while and it will disperse.

Did you not ask the garage who carried out the repairs the question? I can imagine your heart sank when you first seen it, dont worry after a good run it will be fine.

Hmmm. The garage said it had TOO MUCH water in it??? Thats not pysically possible. Water cooled Porsche's are notorious for problems when filling the coolant system but you obviously used a recognised specialist who knows this.......
It can take several attempts to bleed the system fully, usually over a couple of days so I'd get it double checked before jumping to any conclusions about head gaskets / cracked blocks etc.
