Retail shop in Oxford area

Hi all,

Looking for a retail shop around (30 mile radius) the Oxford area (not Oxford itself) and was wandering if any of you have experience with commercial letting agents in this area that you could recommend, or if anyone knows of any premises available would be even better, criteria would be: min 1000 sq. ft, decent size shop window, out of town location 10-15k p.a budget, yell.com doesn't reveal to many commercial letting agents unfortunately.

Bicester would probably be a good area.. I'll see if I can get in touch with someone who should know about places there, or maybe come up with a couple, but only in a week's time, when I'm back in the country.

that'd be great, In the meantime egproperty.com turned up some good results (thanks for the link) spent a couple of days up there, looked at seven properts and might have found a suitable premises, already!fingers crossed, but any pointers in the meantime would be great.

At the risk of becoming repetitive - talk to the local councils' economic development units.

They may well have a listing of suitable shops for lease or sale.
