simple one! Help please

My daughter has been on the pc and now my "task bar?" thing is up the left hand side of my monitor and its doing my head in.
How do I get it along the bottom where it belongs?

Click on it (and don't release the button) and drag it down to where it "should be"... then let go of the mouse button.

cheers. Was realy doing my head in! looking in properties and everywhere!

I was sure I tried that but just did it now after your post and its back there.
