I bought a Dunhill Wheel watch back in November for what seemed like a bargain...
I paid on a credit card but not from a central retailer (who has now closed). I have not got a warranty nor a receipt (have just moved house and have no idea where anything is)
Now the movement has become a bit erractic and although the second hand is functioning ok it seems the minute hand is sticking and I'm losing tima at an alarming rate!
Gonna try and get down to Dunhill and get it sorted but from an initial phonecall it would seem my labours are going to be fruitless.
I don't really know what I'm askling but any words of wisdom would be greatfully received!
many thanks
Dom

If you take the watch to a proper jewellers and ask them to send it to their watch repairer etc that should sort the problem, it will however be pretty pricey. I wondered into a jewellers in Coventry and was quoted about £200 for an automatic service. Hunt around for a cheaper price by all means, some guys on here will no doubt shed some light on alternative strategies.
