Very sorry to hear this Pete. I would hate to see you leave TVR/Griff land.

Real $hitting shame if you have to lose the car Pete. IMHO that is one of the best looking Griffs around.

Good luck with the job interviews, hope you get something soon so you can keep the car.

Just noticed the advert:

www.pistonheads.com/sales/detail.asp?s=3&i=17350&sc=E8DX

I can safely say that its a cracking motor which is in fantastic condition. Apache (and Mrs Apache) are fastidious owners and have maintained the car to a VERY high level - you really cant do better....the paintwork is fantastic and puts my spotty, pock-marked Chimaera to shame!!!

Oh, and the modifications make it one storming monster of a car. Ever wondered what a nicely tuned 5.0 RV8 can do - look no further.... the read-outs from Power Engineering's rolling road tell the truth, and its all about torque....

Loverly motor and a steal at the price its up for. A complete shame if it does sell, but a blatant plug for a cracking motor that I can say is excellent...

Oh, and one final comment - the price it is up for is a fraction of what it would cost to put a similar motor into this condition. Trust me, it really is that good...!!!
