Quick advice - chicken 4 days old...

Hi All

Just wanted some advice really on safe eating date for cooked chicken. Roasted whole chicken on Sunday afternoon. Stripped the cooked bird of all meat and then combined with curry paste marinade and put in fridge in sealed container. Was hoping to use this meat tonight to make a curry to eat tonight. Given today is day 4 of the cooked meat being held in the fridge will this meat be safe to reheat (in the curry sauce) and consume?

I'd crack on Romany, as long as its only been through the 1 heat cycle and its been marinating cold, I dont see a problem at all.

Only day 3 since it was cooked.

Should be fine unless it smells squiffy (you'll know if it has gone off!)

It's covered in 3-day old curry sauce - of course it'll smell squiffy

But there is nothing quite like the smell of bad chicken
