LeMans 2004 with TVR factory - Sprint advert

I've caught a quick view in Sprint (haven't had chance to look at the details yet) of an advert for going to le Mans with the guys from the factory for about £350...

Sounds like a damm good idea to me and I'm very interested - anybody got any thoughts or info?

I've just spoken with Mike @ the factory and this sounds like a great plan. He needs 90 names and will then be able to finalise the plane etc. He's also looking at being able to sort tickets and camping passes etc.

I am waiting for confirmation if I have tickets via the club.
If I haven't then I will speak to Mike.

I know someone who went with the factory last year and he had a great time.
You do not get the camaradarie of the shared portaloo's etc. Which I thought had to be a must for a first timer, but if I fail through the club then this is the back up plan.

I have contacted Mike Williams, Parts Manager at TVR Blackpool having read his article in Sprint. I want to go to Le Mans with my mate Denise. Come on TVRCC members and anyone else who is interested in going by plane from Blackpool to Le Mans and staying in a nearby hotel and coming back after the celebrations get your skates on and ring Mike on 07713 922145.
