I have had an order for two of my images, printed on photo paper and unmounted. One is wanted poster size (700mm x 1000mm) and the other is wanted 1500mm on the longest edge to create a nice landscape image . I have asked £140 for both of them and am not sure if this is too much, too little or what. What do you guys reckon?

FWIW I don't think that's unreasonable.

Also depends on the client. I charged 5 times the amount for an Alfa Romeo ad than I did for a charity. £140 sounds OK to me though.

It's for a friend, which is probably why i feel a bit odd asking for that amount. That and fact i'm able to print them myself for free on photo quality paper.

in that case it does seem a bit excessive! depends how close you are I guess, but for a good mate i'd do it for case of beer! drink

He's an old friend who i rarely see but would drive to help him out if ever he needed it if that makes sense. Still, credit crunch and all that. Christ, a mans gotta eat ! (or put the money towards a new lens, dont tell the OH)

I think the fact you have to ask the question on here is proof you feel awkward. Say no more!!
