What actually happened was some old Brazilian couple decided that a white man with a young mixed race girl must be fishy so when he adjusted her bikini and kissed her a couple of times they called the Police. Nobody else including hotel staff saw anything, the hotel CCTV captured nothing either. Nobody mentioned tongues, that's just been made up since. These so called witnesses are now hiding behind anonymity realising what fools they are but now afraid to back down. This all happened a week or so back and was all over the Brazilian press, just seems the BBC are slow at picking it up.

It happened in Fortaleza, the Police are corrupt as hell. Possibly they turned up, saw it was BS but wanted some fine to make it all go away and he refused.
