Boardroom Projector

I need to buy a projector for a room which we hire out, will be used 1-2 times a week for a few hours and project onto a pull up screen from a table.

Anyone got any suggestions for a reliable and cheap projector?

Price range?

What size image do you want (and presume you aren't going for anything funny like short or long throw lenses), also are you happy to dim the room whilst projecting?

Nothing special, no long or short throw.

Price range is just cheap but reliable. Will pay what I have too.

Room is fairly dark - only one window, would like it to work without dimming lights all the way to black !

Screen size probably 6x4'

Audience will be 20-30 people max.
