Duxford Aircraft museum in Cambridge on M11.

If you are bored and the weather`s fine next Sunday - and you fancy a drive out, see you there. There may be a few TVRs from my area going.

Open 10 till 4 and a tenner to get in.

Great day out even if there's nothing going on - my bro and myself went lsat summer on a Thursday and the vintage planes were taking off to go to different shows, practicing their displays, etc. all day

Nothing special as far as I know - except for all the planes of course!!

We missed something there on Saturday as there was a send off of old rally cars going to the Monte Carlo Rally.

Lets hope that others who may be interested know about this section..........

Perhaps a mention in TVR section wouldn't go amiss, or is that double posting?

Just mentioned this on the Spitfire Ace post. Is the meeting this weekend, the 18th?

No special meeting I`m aware of - just a few of us getting together for a blast to Duxford, thought others may want an excuse for a run out. If its dry, come along!Pencilled in for the 18th if weather favourable.

Well, I`m "tinking" (is that the Irish in you coming out! or is that a spelling mistake?)of meeting at Tescos (Hardwick) around 10:30? It`s easier to do that and go straight down the A10 rather than come to ours. I`ll try and contact Chris and Case and advise the same if they can make it.

The weather forecast (at the moment!) is looking good for Sunday. If any unforeseen problems, I will phone you ok!

This little drive is nothing official - just a burn from Norfolk amongst a small contingent of a possible 4 TVRs but probably only 2 as I type this!!

I will post on here around 9:30 to say if its on. You can get there how you like - but whats wrong with the Griff then?!

Got to take the heater console off to get it re-veneered, and as this is the quietest time of year, and the turn-round time is 2 weeks, its time to bite the bullet, so to speak.
