Strange one this....

I have a businessman friend from a middle eastern country,very succesfull millionaire so when talking about money I listen to him..He has good goverement contacts and this whats coming next is new to him.

His english isnt great , but he has more or less asked me a favour to do some initial research about oil costs and distribution in the uk.

I havent a clue where to start ,and I would ignore the request if it were someone else.

What are the questions that need asked to him before I try to even get in touch with anyone here? I assume what grade oil,how much per x amount,quantities available per week ? whats the basics ?

I now this may all sound a bit nutty but if anyone has some info let me know,appreciate it.

What type/grade of oil?
Does he have transport
Quantities available
What 3rd party verification available
Anywhere to land it/store it?
Credit terms?
