I'd pick tread. I don't fully understand it, but of the two options it's the most appealing.

Where I live the most of the local takeaways won't deliver because the little scrotes like to rob them.

Except I regularly stagger though the estate late at night and don't get any lip/trouble

There are plenty of colanders on my estate. How else would you drain the fat off of the turkey twizzlers?

I'm sure I've seen christmas lights up already.

Yes I f*cking did, in Birmingham this weekend they've got Christmas lights on the trees in New Street.

Our neighbours have had their Christmas lights up and switched on for a month already. And playing loud music all day. If their urchin comes round trick or treating, I think the only "treat" he'll be receiving will be a book on how to behave like a normal human being.

fk that you want to go up Trevethin in Wales the fkers have still got them up from last year, probably because it takes a day or so in the cold to set up,
3 inflatable 8 foot Santas and snowmen, Santa in a sliegh with reindeer pulling it in lights on the roof, lights around every window, merry christmass lights every where, iike fking black pool I st you not.

If I am unfortunate to go up there again anytime soon I will grab a picture

They are up at Selfirdges - some of the most expensive space in the country wink

I've not seen any on any houses yet though. Maybe they were Divali lights?

Not in the case of my neighbours, unless they've converted or Diwali involves Christmas trees as well. wink

Just thinking about it - a house near my Dad's place is up for sale. That's still got last year's Christmas lights all over the place - icicles, snowmen, the lot! Most odd. You'd think they'd realise how offputting it might look to a potential buyer?

This is not new.

In the mid eighties I had two 10 year olds turn up on my doorstep in September. "Trick or Treat?"

Their costume consisted of one of them wearing a traffic cone on his head.
