Best Laptop Under £400

Want to get the best spec I can, screen has to be 15" minimum.

Tis for home use, net, music, videos, occassional office use.

Acer seem to offer a lot of £.

I'd like a Dell 1520 Vostro, but spec I want is £470 and not got any discount codes lol
