I was thinking 10:30 but have no idea if that leaves enough time to get to the Seven Stars as I don't know the route?

I reckon you will be fine allowing 30 mins.
Its more or less a straight line on B roads between the two.

Try multimap for the route. It is very simple.

(On multimap the Sevenstars is shown as PH just west of the A3 on the A272. This is only shown certain zoom levels).
