Application form issues!

Hi recently got an application form for Audi and it says employment experience, now I have experience. I have worked on cars and helped selling cars with my dad. Worked with A1 auto centre for a day doing pictures. I helped build my dads cafe and run it with him but I have never officially been employed so how can I go about putting it down on the form or can I not do that and just hope I get an interview and am asked?

Cheers, on a second thought what about attaching apiece of paper titled experience to the form?? and would helping out with car shows count?

Could I sign it off as charity work? As I did give away photo sessions as a charity raffle prize.

I'am going for sales man, I currently work at tesco as a technical advisor doing finance and warranties which I thought swayed well for me also I do photography so effectively I am self employed to??
