Lovely. Decent-ish location, if on the fringes of a dodgy area. Good, clear photos of the interior. But why is the outside shot a bit pixellated? You can hardly see that white van even!

Oh yes, that's because it's a Crime Scene Investigation van and the blurring hides the chevrons and other sign. Nothing like a Biohazard sign to suggest "Do not buy this house".

Devious!

That is pretty sneaky! If they're so concerned about having such a van in the picture, then God forbid they should take the trouble to go back on another day and get a decent photo of the front when the van's not there...

To the OP, I use to deliver goods to the Day Nursery just further down Ashley Road, and been accosted by a Lady of the Night (and no I didn’t) whilst delivering at 7 am in the morning. How many murders and muggings have there been within a mile of that location in the last 2 years.

I know. Currently live with OH in Cotham but looking around for something larger. Gently trying to steer her back to this side of the Gloucester Road because I do tend to have a "Specialist knowledge" of the goings on over the road in my profession wink
