Anybody used them? Might well be putting some business their way very soon indeed and was wondering what the general consensus was.

I had to push a bit (via their online advisors and telephone) to get updates on when the watch would be in stock, but the fact that they were hoping to source the watch from abroad caused me some concern. Supposedly the watch has been discontinued and the piece they had sourced was, and I quote, "the last remaining one in the world".
Just a few days ago I placed an order for the watch with www.chisholmhunter.co.uk who had 4 pieces in stock - It's arriving tomorrow
This was just my experience - I'd buy from Jura Watches again, as I know there are a lot of happy customers who have dealt with them.

I bought a Glycine from them. Good experience, especially after-sales when they posted me a tool FOC to remove the strap, though I'd question the staff's product knowledge. Patrick (who was/is the manager when I bought) is the best to deal with though I overheard him making some pretty obvious mistakes while talking to other customers, eg "This is what all the North Sea divers wear" and "This has the same movement as Rolex".
Bottom line is, if they have the specific watch you are after, the sales process is bearable and you can achieve a good price, they're worth using. Much like buying a car and enduring the sales process, you ignore the mistakes and buy anyway because they have the product you want, price is right and you've done your research so you understand what you are getting even if they don't.

As i say, different but, am quite lucky to already have a small selection of others that i like to use so i think that this will fit in nicely with my humble collection.

Yep BRM is the first choice. Not really interested in the re-sale value to be honest although i'm aware of the re-sale values. This one will be a keeper for sure. Undecided on the Bremont to be honest. I do like it but will have to have another look at one close up and compare it against the BRM and what ever i happen to be wearing the day i go to view the BRM.
Well Jura Watches get a BIG from me guys.
I went over there initially a few weeks ago now (20/03/10) and the BRM came in with a hideous leather chequered strap. On the day I wasn't really taken by it because it just looked so different from what I was seeing on their website. The easiest way to describe it is the blacks didn't look as black in the flesh. I think the chequered strap was doing that to it. I decided on the day to send it back to BRM but at the same time I had a good look at my second choice - the Bremont. Richard who works there had put an ASAP note on the strap change and I returned a week later second viewing of this:

...and it was totally different with the rubber strap as advertised - exactly how I wanted it to look and feel. Perfect ! The problem now was that the few days leading up to my second viewing I'd already talked myself into coming home with the Bremont. I was well and truly torn between the two. Paul (the store manager) was dealing with us this time with some assistance from Richard and I was flicking between the two watches for over an hour and honestly couldn't decide. A cuppa & another 45 minutes later and Paul caught me really by surprise by making an offer that was far to good to refuse so I came home with this also :

Now I really wasn't expecting to purchase the two on that day but if I'm honest I would have been going back in 18 months / 2 years for the one I'd left behind.
Top service and very friendly and helpful chaps there. If your thinking about purchasing a timepiece I'd strongly suggest getting it from these guys as they'd get my business again for sure !
