Yes there are. They go from the Pima Air and Space Museum (across the road from Davis-Monthan) on weekdays only, 2 or 3 times per day. Google their website - all the info is on there. The commentary you get on the bus is a bit naff if you already know a bit about what you're looking at, but if you find the time afterwards to chat to any of the Docent guides it can be worth the effort.
