Why is it always me!!!

Hi,
Im really annoyed and need some help from fellow PH'ers,
Ive just bought an xbox 360 elite console with no hdd or controller,
Now i bought this from fleabay.
The seller did not tell me it was banned from xbox live,
nor will he give me a refund.
Im just wondering is there any way to get the ban reversed as it wasnt me that got it banned, i believe it was either from use of a rapid fire controller or something else, so i am told,

No, i collected it in person,
wouldnt like to dispute the fact tht the seller never told me that it was banned as the bloke is very scary,
im happy to keep the console just really want to go online and only want to use one xbox really,
it was kinda cheap, only set me back £65,
but i dont think its fair that he never told me,
is there actually any way that i can reverse the ban???

No they wont unban a console.
to be fair the price you paid for just the base unit is not that cheap when you can buy a complete new one for about 150 now. Add in the cost of 2 controllers and a hard drive and you could have bought a new one that works and has a warranty.
Put it down to experience and just buy a new one. Things arent always cheaper on ebay.

I daren't trust ebay anymore. It's so easy to scam people and the police don't care nor do ebay! It just ends up as the consumer taking it on the chin.
