I have designed my own website using evrsoft and uploaded it to my bt business account. All the pages and links work, but the images won't load for the javascript slide shows.

I have referenced the files as file:/public/images/picture.jpg for the images to load in the slide show. Public is the folder bt uses for general access. When I used a file path from my C drive the images loaded.

Can anybody shed some light on my problem?

Thanks, so I just need to drop the 'file:' part and have public/images/picture.jpg?

yes,

either relative to the root of your site with an initial / or without a slash and you are referencing the path from the html document.
