Congrats! The sound of a flat six is something special. If you don't do any track days (where noise regs are a problem) put a G pipe on your car (about 80 GBP) to bypass the rear silencer. The sound is as good as it gets

It could depend how visible the car is - RSJ has lots of cars for sale, but yours is tucked away in the PH classifieds without a pic.

Why not ask Joel at RSJ to see if he can sell it for you as an agent, sale or return? He can put a pic up and then if a buyer comes that way you can pay him commission. He may even be able to negotiate a better price for you.

Or even easier, why not ask Joel what he will bid? He specialises in cars like yours, he is going to Spain or somewhere next week (IIRC) and his offers are normally pretty good (he offered me what I eventually got privately for my Lotus Carlton, and gave Scottster a fairly decent price for his old 993C2).

have spoken to joel many times as he supplied me the car last summer and even dorve it to spain for me. i would like a bit better than joels offer as i have not had the car for long and it is truly a good car its just that i made the wrong choice with the car for me i wanted and still would like a hard top. i just dont want to lose to much money and joels offer is a bit low a grand or so more and i would sell.I would even consider a swap for a hard top but not targa. but must have air bags.

Congratulations, you have made an excellent choice - but then any Porsche is an excellent choice is it not?

Have fun!

Joel will be cool. I've put enough potential business his way in the last week or two, so he can waive the rights
