Im trying to redo a very poor website i have for my business, and while i have very limited skills for this, i cant afford to pay anyone to make me one.
does anyone have a good site you can download free templates from?
im after a fresh clean modern looking site if poss
you're best looking at putting WordPress onto your site - there are loads of templates out there for it (http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ for example).
there are other CMS' around (Joomla, Drupal etc), but I find WordPress an absolute doddle to work with...
I'd second the above. Obviously it depends on what your website does, but for 95% of sites it could hardly be easier. Just google for "free wordpress templates" or similar and have a scout to see whats out there.
