Can't Email Via Ad's??

Hello,

I am having issues with emailling through Pistonheads Classifieds - the email doesn't seem to go through.

I have tested this by emailing myself via my wanted advert I have just now - and I recieve nothing.

Now, most would say just phone the seller - well have you seen the costs per minute on the is "phonesafe" number Pistonheads try to get sells to sign too.....

You had tripped one of our anti-spam systems which was blocking all your emails, I have reset it now so you should be able to send emails again.

PhoneSafe is optional for the seller and 25ppm in the evenings or 12.5ppm at the weekend is hardly extortionate. If you need to have a long chat then just ask for a direct phone number and call back.

Mr Will, just tried sending an email to myself from the Mrs email account on my Wanted Advert - still not coming through (waited 10 minutes and yes, double checked my email settings - all other emails are coming through, just seems I cannot send or recieve through Classifieds).

Is it my email address or IP address thats causing it guys?

I'll see if I can spot anything else but can you send me a PM with all the email addresses you have been using so that I can make sure all the blocks are cleared?

Don't worry, the forums use a different system so it turned up fine!

There were a couple of blocks on your alternate addresses, but I've cleared them as well now so give it another try!

I'm having the same problem emailed a few people about px's and now none of my emails are sending, I've even tried emailing myself to my own ad and nothing...hope you can help!

You has tripped our spam filter, which was blocking your emails. I've reset it so you can send again now, but take it easy for the next few days to give it chance to cool off or it might block you again.
