Go run round the block a few times or go for a nice smooth drive with late night love on, guarenteed to send you to sleep.

If you've ever flown anywhere in a proper class you'll have one of those gay eye masks, put it on and go to bed, you'll fall asleep.

I know the feeling, had my final oral exam on Monday and that resulted in a sleepless weekend of revision and plenty of stress whilst waiting till 3pm to sit it. I was in for an hour and a half too, which felt more like a week hehe

Passed it though and I've been sleeping much better.

I'm up now because I slept earlier on after putting up the world's worst fitting garden furniture curse

By christ, we do lean manufacturing as part of our BEng in Mechanical Engineering, but thankfully don't have an exam in it. Think I'd probably have shot myself if we did, that side really doesn't appeal to me, the whole module really frustrated me!

Oh and good luck! I've got my last exam friday, in racecar chassis, so know what stress you're under!

There is the issue was drinking a litre of energy drink earlier so now the mind is too sitimulated to sleep... cause of this the OP is thinking about the exam which just increases the stress.

Coffee is the way to go and an energy drink if you need a real kick in the ass

Ah kaizen and JIT, that brings back memories!

Cold, disturbing memories.

The more you think about not sleeping, the harder it becomes. I find it better just to get up and do something to take your mind of it.
