Just set my new laptop up to work with the iPhone and iTunes.

It asked me did I want to try Mobile Me, I declined, but I wondered if anyone uses it and what it's like?

Oh, I'm using the new 64 bit iTunes with Windows 7 and it's fine.

I use it and it works for me, allows me to share stuff, has an ftp capability, sync stuff between machines etc. Not sure that it's the best offering out there though but it does what it says it does so I haven't been bothered to look at alternatives.

I use it and I've found it to be quite useful.

It auto syncs my contacts for me so if I add someone to my iphone it will update my contacts on my macbook and online contacts list.

Auto syncs bookmarks in safari between my devices.

A resonable amount of online storage that i can share publicly if I want for individual files

Syncs my mail and calender between the devices.

I can remotely lock/wipe my iPhone and iPad and send messages to them if someone makes off with them, I can also see where they are located.

I paid £40 I think from ebay for 12 months subscription which I think is well worth the money.

I'm not sure how well it works if you are using a PC and I believe there are free alternatives that do everything that mobile me will do but it set everything up for me and hasn't caused me any headaches so £40 well spent in my book.

I did try it as Mrs CVP and I built our first web site in iWeb to keep in touch with family now we are abroad.

It works well for syncing contacts, bookmarks etc across differnt machines but as a web host it is completely pants, just way way too slow.

In the end I did the decent thing and moved the site to Register 1 and the performance and support has been absolutely top notch to date.
