I need a new strap for my bell and Ross BR01.

I would like a different style, i like the look of the military style nylon straps.
But where can i get one the right size for my watch? Or isit just a matter or choosing the right size for the pins?

Oli

Did it not come with one like that?

If you lift more layers out the box, you should find it comes with a velcro strap as well. Unusual for it to come with the rubber too... usually it comes with leather... or is it a coloured LE version?

This is the velcro strap it comes with:

It does, but the velcro strap is pretty poor.

I'm still waiting for my B&R replacement strap (ordered before Xmas). It's a brown leather one, shown on their website, and apparently they aren't being made yet..... Hmmmm.....

They should be 26mm IIRC. (Use a ruler!) If I'm right, then you may have problems finding a Nato to match it.

When I had one, I thought it was alright. Comfortable, strong... what didn't you like about it?

The only thing I found was that I had to wrap the velcro tab around both metal bars to make it short enough.

Velcro hooks started straightening / falling out at the end, thus making it really tatty and nasty. Ho hum.

Oh. Mine didn't do that. Our differences have become clear!

One of the reasons I'm going for a different leather one. GEtting quite upset at them now... It's been a while.

The standard leather feels a bit cheapy... ALT straps (I think) do nice leather straps. Aftermarket definitely yields better quality.
