I am interested in buying a boat, just a small but relatively quick one would be nice.

Where do I start?

I love the look of these.

How much do you want to spend, is it lake or coastal use, what do you plan to do while on it? waterskiing? wakeboarding? will you trailer it or put it in a marina somewhere? Theres loads of choice of good bowriders like in the picture but Bayliner like your pic isn't probably one of the best.

Whatever you do dont forget you will need safety equipment, lifejackets, flares, vhf etc if your going in the sea and its worth doing the RYA powerboat level 2 course if you've no experience.

What he said ^^^.

Where are you putting to sea?

Do you have any experience?

These are the first things I would be thinking of before looking through the classifieds.

MCGA press pages are littered with stories of newbies (no offence!!) putting to sea with no experience or the proper gear. Please don't be one of these!
