Right before someone suggests it, I've googled this problem and I'm still stuck.

I am running Windows Vista with 2 user accounts but can only see the library/songs/playlists etc from my account and not the other. As suggested by Apple Help, I've done the Edit, Preferences, Advanced bit and pointed it to...

C:\Users\Public\Music\iTunes Media

...which is where I dragged/dropped the folder from its original location, i.e in 'my' user folder/files

I've done this in iTunes on both user accounts but still struggling.

Any suggestions?

thanks in advance.

From memory I think you have to be logged on to the itunes store to get access to other accounts on the same PC or network, plus all users will have to be logged on and have itunes open.

Turned "Sharing" on in iTunes Preferences?
Make sure Sharing is turned on under the Parental tab, as well as under Sharing.

Thanks for the swift replies

Logged both users onto iTunes and turned sharing on. Still no joy.

Anyone?
