Anyone know what Spitfire this is?
Discussion
I took this last month at Duxford. I went with a friend for a day out and this plane did an impromptu display just after we got there. I thought it was the Grace Spitfire at first but I don't think it is. Was it one of those used in the Top Gear episode when they they took on the German presenters at Zolder?
Is it PV202?
It was originally restored in Irish Air Corps colours and then repainted as a Dutch example.
This Tr9 is painted in spurious Battle of Britain markings - the RAF never had two seat Spitfires. I wonder has it been painted to represent one of the twop seaters used in the 1968 film.

It could be Spitfire HFIX, SM520 (G-ILDA) in another new paint scheme.
