Alliance Leicester / Santander

Doh!
Don't know if anybody can help but I've been trying for days to login to my Alliance Leicester on-line account.
Repetitively, it informs me the site is being updated to Santander.
My question is................

Sadly your best option is to close your account and use a bank that offers actual services you can use.
Im in the process of the above myself.

Forgiven, easy done when a rant is on about a bank

When I can login into this account, it's going to be emptied out!

Tried calling them the other day & finished up in a faulty pre-recorded message, pressed the required numbers on the phone keypad and it kept sending me back to the original pre-recorded message

Eventually, the next day, spoke to some idiot who kept putting me on hold to refer my queries to his superiors.

A noddy account would be better

How about a PH Bank???

A couple of weeks ago, LadyV8 and I had a WTF moment in Barclays. Told them to go warn the cashier that we wanted the contents of the whole savings account handed over. NOW!
